Miss Rodeo Oregon 2026 Destiny Wecks!

Born in beautiful Joseph, Oregon, on my family’s ranch, I feel incredibly lucky to have been raised in a place where hard work, tradition, and passion for agriculture were a way of life. I’ve always had an unwavering support system in my parents, Jeffrey and Vixen Wecks, and my older brother, Jalyn, who encouraged me to chase big dreams while staying grounded in my roots. From a very young age, I was able to swing a leg over just about every horse I could get near, learning responsibility, grit, and respect each ride.

As I grew, I competed extensively in 4-H, earning numerous local, state, and national awards. I was fortunate to participate in a wide range of disciplines—from western and English to jumping, dressage, gaming, trail, and reining—which gave me a well-rounded foundation in horsemanship and competition. These experiences taught me sportsmanship, adaptability, and the importance of representing yourself and your community with pride.

Throughout high school, I was deeply involved in FFA, where I served as Chapter Reporter for two years and gained invaluable leadership and communication skills. I earned my Greenhand, Chapter, State, and American Degrees, while also showing beef cattle, maintaining my own herd of breeding cows, raising market swine, developing my horse projects, and judging both equine and livestock competitions. Balancing these responsibilities helped me develop a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the agricultural industry.

After high school, I attended Treasure Valley Community College, where I earned my Associate’s degree in Agriculture Business. That education provided the foundation for my entrepreneurial journey, and since graduating, I’ve proudly launched my own business, Timeless Trophies Taxidermy. Creating lasting pieces that honor memories and achievements has become one of my greatest passions. Some of my favorite projects include a bull elk shoulder mount for my Bopo and a newborn foal created for showcase. During the summer, I train horses for my family’s ranch, Dun The Right Way Horses, continuing a legacy built on quality horsemanship. At home, I’m never without my tripod cat, Lucky Boots, and my partner in crime, Biscuit the Jack Russell, who keep life entertaining and full of joy.

One of my biggest dreams—and one I’m incredibly proud to have achieved—was becoming the first woman in the state of Oregon to hold all of the state rodeo queen titles. My rodeo queen journey began in 2008 as the inaugural Miss Rodeo Oregon Sweetheart. From there, I went on to be Jr. Miss Rodeo Oregon 2015, became the 2020–21 Chief Joseph Days Rodeo Queen, the 2020–21 Oregon High School Rodeo First Attendant, 2022 Miss Teen Rodeo Oregon, 2024 Sisters Rodeo Queen, and now, fulfilling a lifelong dream as 2026 Miss Rodeo Oregon. Each title represented a season of growth, perseverance, and learning, shaping me into the ambassador I am today. Some highlights from my time as Lady-in-Waiting include attending the Miss Rodeo Washington Pageant and the Miss Rodeo America Pageant. I had the opportunity to support my sash sisters, learn from experienced queens, and prepare for my own journey to the Miss Rodeo America stage. During MRA week, I met 23 other state queens who I now proudly call friends and teammates on the rodeo trail. Together, we shared unforgettable experiences such as a bowling party, group breakfasts, a professional photoshoot, a tour of the South Point, and countless pageant events where we volunteered and supported our state girls on stage. I also managed the Miss Rodeo Oregon social media accounts, sharing updates on MRO 2025, Mary, and giving followers a behind-the-scenes look at the pageant experience.

Looking ahead, I’m most excited about the lifelong friendships, meaningful connections, and memories I’ll carry with me for decades. I’m honored and ecstatic to experience some of the PRCA’s largest rodeos and events as Miss Rodeo Oregon, where I can proudly represent my home state, advocate for this organization, and share my deep respect for a sport that has shaped my life. Events I’m especially excited to attend include Cheyenne Frontier Days, the Calgary Stampede, Florida Queen Week, and of course the very best rodeos right here in Oregon—St. Paul, Sisters, and the iconic Pendleton Round-Up.

With the title of Miss Rodeo Oregon, my platform, “Make a Difference; Leave a Legacy,” is at the heart of everything I do. I strive to create positive change—whether large or small—that strengthens the handout side of rodeo, supports contestants and committees, and leaves a lasting impact on the future of this sport and the generations who will follow!

Miss Teen Rodeo Oregon 2026 Paytyn Hayda!

This is a moment I have dreamt about for many years and I am extremely grateful and excited to announce that I am the 2026 Miss Teen Rodeo Oregon! My name is Paytyn Hayda and I am from Hermiston, where watermelons are famous and “life is sweet”. My rodeo Queen journey began in 2022-2023 as a Princess on the Milton-Freewater Pioneer Posse and now being the 2026 Miss Teen Rodeo Oregon, will be my fourth title.

My interests run far and wide, so you may find me involved in many different activities in and out of school. One of my favorite activities is spending time with my five and a half horses both in and out of the arena. You might ask yourself, five and a half? I have just had the sweetest mini, Luna, join the herd. When not with my horses or in my sash and crown, I can be found participating as a fourth year member of my Oregon High School Equestrian Team, representing the Oregon High School Equestrian Team as the Eastern Oregon Youth Rep, a member of the Foundation for Western Professionals, representing the National Shop FFA as a second year Style Squad member, showing my horses in 4H or working with and showing my market pigs in FFA. I just had the opportunity in October to compete with my National Parliamentary Procedures team for FFA as well. My favorite events on my Oregon High School Equestrian team are competing in cattle events and dressage.

Looking ahead to my year as Miss Teen Rodeo Oregon, I am extremely eager to visit new rodeos that I have never been to before, meet new people and make new connections in as many communities as possible. I have been excited and ready to hit the road, so my time as Lady-in-Waiting has been busy and so much fun already! I have attended 16 events, consisting of 2445 Miles, 57 hours in the car, 1 photoshoot, 4 naps in the car, 6 rodeos, 5 pageants, 5 coronations, 2 luncheons , 1 parade (pageant parade), 1 clinic, 67 possible sponsor visits, 9 community events, 10 nights in a hotel, 3 states traveled to, 4 hats shaped, 1 horse rode, and 1 horse shows. I have loved every event I have attended so far and can’t wait to watch my stats grow throughout the year!

I am still in awe that this opportunity is real and is here! I am blessed beyond to be a part of the Miss Rodeo Oregon Organization and have three amazing sash sisters to share my year with. I cannot wait to share my love of horses, rodeo and my great state of Oregon.

It is important to me to help others strive for their dreams and promote kindness, perseverance, honor and honesty in all I do.

With Honor and Honesty,

2026 Miss Teen Rodeo Oregon Paytyn Hayda

2026 Junior Miss Rodeo Oregon Kieran Kossler-Sutherlin!

My name is Kieran Kossler-Sutherlin, and I am honored and excited to introduce myself as your 2026 Junior Miss Rodeo Oregon. I am 13 years old and live in Prineville, Oregon, where I am blessed to be surrounded by a supportive family, a strong community, and a whole lot of horses.

A huge part of my life revolves around my horse herd—Smarty, Minx, Mimi, Princey, Snap, and Samora. Each of them has their own personality, and together they have taught me responsibility, patience, perseverance, and teamwork. I stay busy competing in youth rodeos, participating in barrel racing, pole bending, and goat tying. Beyond rodeo, I enjoy showing in a wide variety of disciplines, including English and Western equitation, Showmanship, Driving, and Jumping. No matter the discipline, being in the saddle is where I feel most confident and at home. When I’m not in the arena, I love spending time outdoors with my family. We enjoy camping, kayaking, and searching for hidden treasures while geocaching, which has taken us on many fun adventures together. I also participate in the 4-H program, where I raise market swine and continue to learn valuable life skills such as responsibility, goal setting, record keeping, and sportsmanship. In addition, I participate in shotgun and archery shooting sports, and show my dog, Colt.

I have been incredibly fortunate to have held and represented three previous titles in the queen world: Little Miss 75th Crooked River Roundup in 2020–2021, Fort Dalles Riders Queen in 2024, and Northwest Youth Rodeo Association Queen in 2025. Each of these roles has given me unforgettable experiences and opportunities, and I am deeply grateful for every person who has supported me along the way. Those experiences led me to proudly step into my fourth title as the 2026 Junior Miss Rodeo Oregon.

As the Junior Miss Lady-in-Waiting, I had the opportunity to attend the NWYRA Awards Banquet in November and cheer on 2025 MRO Mary Olney in Las Vegas as she competed in the Miss Rodeo America pageant in December. Those moments inspired me to continue in my own rodeo queen journey and reminded me of the strong friendships we form within the queen community.

Looking ahead, some of my long-term goals include starting both of my upcoming three-year-old horses, earning my jockey license, and pursuing studies in equine dentistry.

Welcome our Inaugural 2026 Little Miss Rodeo Oregon Lynlee Jo Perini!

Hello everyone!

My name Lynlee Joanne Perini and I am your first EVER 2026 Little Miss Rodeo Oregon. I live in Cottage Grove Oregon with my dad Logan Perini, mom Audrianna Perini, and two sisters. I am 9 years old and in the 4th grade. At such a young age I have learned that rodeos are not just my passion but also my whole lifestyle. If you see me out and about and I’m not in my queen gear, I will most likely be wearing a dirty pair of jeans, a belt buckle, a pair of boots and have hay in my hair because we all know that being a cowgirl isn’t just what you wear but the hard work that you do.

My life revolves around my horses. Sage a palomino barrel horse, Clara my dark bay queening horse, and Ash my blue roan mustang. Although I do not pick favorites, Ash is my heart horse and the one I bought all by myself without my parents knowing until it was already done. Sorry mom and dad. I also got a side job at the barn to pay for all her needs because my mom and dad said she is my responsibility. 10 out of 10 recommended following your dreams no matter how young you may or may not be, and putting in all the work it takes to make it happen.

Little Miss Rodeo Oregon is my 4th Rodeo Queen title. I have held the title of Rodeo Oregon Sweetheart, Little Miss NPRA, and Cottage Grove Junior Rodeo Queen. Each title has taught me so much not only about rodeo but also myself. They have given me confidence and the ability to shoot for my dreams. They have also taught me that reward is not given but earned. I enjoy everything from signing autographs and doing fast run ins to studying knowledge to be prepared for my next tryout. When you see me around, ask me how many world titles Trevor Brazile has because I’ll be able to tell you with a smile on my face.

As the 2026 Little Miss Rodeo Oregon lady in waiting I have already gotten to have some amazing experiences. From being crowned at a pageant with all my friends and family there, to the photoshoot with the AMAZING art of aperture crew. I have gotten to attend the Eugene Pro Rodeo Queen tryouts and participate in the Springfield Christmas parade. My years haven't even started yet and still every time I have gotten the chance to put my Little Miss Rodeo Oregon buckle, it has been a memory I will never forget.
